The cheese maker's here! Mobile cheese production grows in Germany

Steffi Heidrich transforms milk into cheese. To do this, he travels with his specially conditioned truck to different farms in northern Germany. This morning, “The mobile cheese factory of Heidi” is located on a farm in the town of Wilstedt, in the federal state of Lower Saxony.
