On Monday, the Constitutional Court announced that it is holding firm the conviction against the associates of La Rebaja Droguería, which, at the time, was owned by the brothers Gilberto and Miguel Rodríguez Orejuela.
The decision is later known that Pedro Arboleda, Tiberio Fernández, Ricardo Calderón and Pablo Daza and Jairo Serna Serna Serna, associates of the Drug Cooperative la Rebaja, filed a guardianship against the Criminal Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, since in 1999 they were linked to a process for money laundering.
