Russian citizen Sergei Vagin, who was arrested at the end of March and is accused of providing a route to finance the abuses of the 2021 National Strike in Colombia, has been sent to La Modelo prison in Bogotá while his prosecution is being advanced.
The decision was made this Friday, April 8, after five hearings. Seven more accused were also sent to prison and an eighth received house arrest.
