She started a new lawsuit against her daughter's father. Ale Venturo has been facing different legal battles against his ex-partner, because he first denounced it for psychological violence and is now asking for full tenure of his little girl.

According to the Amor y Fuego program, Rodrigo Cuba's current partner wants to stay with the minor after the bad experience she had with Daniel León. And it is that according to the demand, he on more than one occasion insulted her and did not care that his girl is in front of them.

In addition, as it is recalled, Ale Venturo requested protective measures, the same measures that were granted to him. This document states that her ex-partner cannot approach her, cannot talk to her, cannot withdraw her daughter and must go to psychological therapy.

According to the lawsuit, the businesswoman is tired of the attitude of Daniel León, who would not be complying with the maintenance of her daughter, and he always goes to see her without prior coordination. “When he doesn't do what he wants, he insults me, humiliates me, treats me badly, even in front of our daughter,” he says.

To prove that during their relationship, Ale Venturo presented some audios in which Daniel León insults and threatens her. “Go to the same... and talk to your uncle or whoever you want, let's see how long your procedure takes and how much you get later. And I'm going to show up every put-day in your restaurant to see my daughter or make a fuss,” he says.

In another part of the complaint, the businesswoman states that she had a bad experience with her ex-partner when they moved to the United States. In addition, she noted that during her pregnancy and childbirth she also had a bad time, because she was jealous, irritable and constantly changed her mood.

Tired of the abuse and her daughter's father having her sign a document pledging her to bear the costs of childbirth, she decided to go to the Peruvian consulate to request to return to Peru on a humanitarian flight.

Finally when he arrived in the country, he reconciled with Daniel León with the promise that he would change and give a family to his daughter, however, he never changed and they ended the relationship they had definitively.

The former partner of Ale Venturo, Daniel León, acknowledged that there are audios in which he psychologically mistreats the businesswoman, but pointed out that he told her so in the middle of a fight. “I don't know, I imagine he must have messages from our past lawsuits,” he said.

He also indicated that Rodrigo Cuba's couple are looking to stay with their daughter with this demand. “It is a very mafia, very strong move that they are making me. When it's so simple to communicate with me. She's ill-advised, I think. He's with bad people around him,” he added.

“We are seeing the steps necessary for justice to be done. At the end of the day I know that I have the chance to lose here, because in Peru the father has the chance to lose,” he said.
