Annoncée comme l’immense favorite du scrutin, Yoriko Koike a balayé comme dans un rêve la concurrence de ses (trop) nombreux opposants. La campagne avait rassemblé 21 candidats. Un record. Mais la gouverneure en titre n’en a fait qu’une bouchée.
