Hublot to Keep Time Through Qatar

Hublot will remain the official World Cup timekeepr through 2022, despite the litany of controversies surrounding the Qatar World Cup.

According to Sponsors.de, Hublot will extend their current arrangement to cover the 2018 World Cup in Russia and 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Hublot’s original agreement was only for the 2010 and 2014 World Cups in South Africa and Brazil.

The deal has not been officially announced yet, but Hublot is expected to have sponsorship boards on the sidelines of FIFA World Cup matches, and an advertisement on fourth official’s boards.

IOC TOP Sponsors CEOs Named in Compensation Report

The chief executive officers of GE and Coca-Cola were named in a report detailing CEO compensation in America.

Reuters received the report from Institutional Shareholder Services, which looked at CEO pay in Standard & Poor 500 companies that filed compensation reports.

Jeffrey R. Imment, CEO of GE, and Muhtar Kent, CEO of Coca-Cola, were the second and third highest paid CEOs respectively named in the report.

Imment made $19 million in 2013, while Kent made $18.2 million. Both salaries were less than each made in 2012.

The other three U.S.-based IOC TOP Sponsors - McDonalds, Procter & Gamble, and Dow Chemical - were not featured in the report.

Paralympic Cycling Sponsor

ZOCA Performance Gear has been named the official supplier of the United States Paralympic Cycling Team.

The cycling wear company designed the 2014 team's uniform that will be worn at the Para-cycling Track World Championships inAguascalientes, Mexico.

"Our athletes are excited to race in their made in the USA kits, and with the support of ZOCA, hopefully we’ll see many of them standing atop the podium this year," Ian Lawless, high performance director for U.S. Paralympics cycling said in a statement.

It was announced ZOCA will also produce another kit for Team USA at thePara-cycling Road World Championships in Greenville, South Carolina.
