Mr. Daesung Moon's PhD degree was officially canceled by Kookmin University due to serious plagiarism. He appealed two times to the District court and the High court but both of the court judged that there is no doubt on his severe illegality.

The IOC has no word on this grave problem. It is on people's lips that the IOC is afraid of his role regarding the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games to be held in his country, Republic of Korea, and so the IOC let this issue go till the Rio 2016 because his 8 years term of IOC member is planned to be expired with the closing ceremony of the Rio 2016.

Mr. Moon is about to appeal to the Supreme Court again so that he can justify until the end of his term by saying that "I am innocent till the final court admit my guilt". The Rio 2016 is about one month to go and the decision of the Supreme Court in Republic of Korea spend at least 3 months.

The world is watching on the IOC how the President Thomas Bach and decision makers deal with this corruption, which is clearly against Olympic Agenda 2020.

On March 2016, Mr. Moon is sued with different case again by the Incheon Election Commission on charges of reporting false information in Election of the members of the National Assembly. Moreover, Yong-In University revealed that the master dissertation of the Rio 2016 torch bearer is also under the process of cancellation due to serious plagiarism.
