(ATR) The media and IOC members have a good sense of how each venue will be utilized in Paris 2024's Olympic and Paralympic proposals.

More than 12 athletes participated in the second half of the media venue tour and often led the presentations at the beginning of each new site visit. The stars included Laura Georges, Michael Jeremiasz, Guy Forget and Rudy Gobert. According to Paris 2024, a total of 65 athletes participated in the three-day visit.

The venue tour comprised nearly 200 journalists, photographers and videographers who visited Parc des Princes, Roland Garros and Stade Jean-Bouin.

Police escorts were provided throughout the day to nullify traffic. The second half of the venue tour began at Parc des Princes, home of the Paris Saint-Germain football club.

The tour then walked to the Stade Jean-Bouin located next door to Parc des Princes and where rugby sevens would be held if Paris is chosen to host the Games.

Formal presentations with slide shows or schematic displays and renderings greeted media at each stop. The tour concluded at the legendary home of the French Open - Roland Garros. The day's closing press conference was held in a press lounge at Roland Garros.

The IOC decides on the 2024 host on Sept. 13 in Lima, Peru.
