(ATR) The 43rd General Assembly of the European Olympic Committees has officially opened in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Among the dignitaries present at the assembly's opening were IOC president Thomas Bach, EOC president Pat Hickey, and the president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
