(ATR) U.S. Anti-Doping Agency CEO Travis Tygart explains legislation introduced in the U.S. Senate that would criminalize organized doping carried out at sports events such as the Olympics. Speaking from the USADA headquarters in Colorado Springs with ATR Editor Ed Hula, Tygart says the proposal has a good chance of becoming law in 2019.
