(ATR) U.S. fencer Race Imboden says the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics could be the scene of a wave of protests by athletes on an unprecedented level.

Imboden was put on probation by the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee last year for kneeling in protest on the podium after winning a gold medal at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.

He talks to ATR Editor Ed Hula about efforts by the USOPC to open the door to athlete expression at the Games.
