(ATR)Vail/Beaver Creek, Colorado is gearing up for the International Ski Federation's (FIS) Audi men's World Cup ski races over the days ahead.

This season, the races at the traditional venue take on added significance.In 62 days, Colorado will welcome the world as it hosts the 2015 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships from Feb. 2-15.

This marks the first time the championships are returning to the United States since 1999.
