Lake Wales, FL – February 17, 2015: Kegel and the World Tenpin Bowling Association extend their partnership to provide lane maintenance for all WTBA World Championship tournaments through 2015.

Since 1995, the WTBA World Championships have been using Kegel equipment, chemicals, and technical staff during their events. Chris Chartrand, Kegel President, and Kevin Dornberger, World Bowling/WTBA President, have decided to continue this partnership and extend their contract for one additional year.

Chartrand shares, "We are extremely pleased to continue our relationship with the WTBA as the official lane maintenance provider for their events. It’s a natural partnership because Kegel is so deeply entrenched in the sport of bowling, and the WTBA events are the pinnacle for the sport of bowling worldwide."

Kegel will provide lane maintenance supplies and personnel for two WTBA World Championship events in 2015. The next WTBA World Championship event will be the World Senior Championships, August 23 – 30 in Sam’s Town, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA and the World Tenpin Bowling Championships for Women, December 4 – 13 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

"Kegel’s lane maintenance equipment and extensive experience make them the perfect choice for our events. We can be confident that our lanes are taken care of to the highest level of fairness and integrity," says Dornberger.
