Concacaf ha considerado las circunstancias que llevaron a que la selección masculina de Cuba no viajará a Miami, Florida, para su partido de la Ronda Preliminar de la Copa Oro (Prelims) contra la Guayana Francesa, programado para el sábado 3 de julio.
Si bien problemas diversos su viaje y visa relacionados con COVID-19 fueron un factor, Concacaf ha recibido más información que destaca que otros problemas administrativos de la Asociación de Fútbol de Cuba contribuyeron a que Cuba no viajara y, posteriormente, perdiera su partido de Prelims contra la Guayana Francesa.
Concacaf ha remitido este asunto a su Comité Disciplinario.
