DB Schenker, and its specialist group of DBSCHENKERsportsevents, entered into a two year agreement with the FIVB on Wednesday.

More than 220 national federations, and an action packed calendar of events over the next two yearswill see increasing demand for logistics solutions and services and DB Schenker, named the OfficialLogistics and Freight Forwarding Supporter of the FIVB, will provide logistics planning, freighttransportation & customs clearance, distribution operations, as well as on site presence at major eventsfor the FIVB.

DB Schenker has an extensive experience in the provision of logistics services for major internationalsporting events, such as Olympic and Paralympic Games (including Sochi, London, Vancouver, Beijing,Torino and Athens) World Cup Football (including Brazil, South Africa and Germany), and many WorldChampionship and World Cup events. DB Schenker has a team in over 100 locations around the globeready to respond and deliver to event requirements.
