The World Karate Federation (WKF) announced in a statement they will meet March 7 to further discuss the ongoing crisis situation in Ukraine.
The meeting, to be held virtually, will be open to representatives from all 198 WKF National Federations.
Among the topics of discussion will be evaluating the situation in Ukraine, reviewing the escalating effects of the crisis as it pertains to karate and WKF events, as well as any upcoming decisions regarding the status of Russia and Belarus.
The WKF Executive Committee is then scheduled to meet virtually on March 9.
