In the arbitration procedure between Michel Platini and FIFA, the CAShas invited both parties’ counsel to attend a preliminary hearing in the afternoon of 8 December 2015,limited to the issue as to whether or not the provisional 90-day suspension imposed on M. Platinishould be temporarily lifted.
A decision on such request for a stay is likely to be issued on Friday 11 December 2015, at the latest.
The decision will be announced on the CAS website and by media release.
