Blatter Resignation Stuns Football World -- Twitter Watch

(ATR) The football world took to Twitter in light of the FIFA president stepping down on Tuesday.

(ATR) FIFA president Sepp Blatter announced Tuesday that he will resign following anextraordinary congress to elect a new president.

Following Blatter's announcement, football media members and fans reacted to the 79-year-old's announcement on Twitter.
