This week during the 137th IOC session, President Thomas Bach is re-elected to serve another four year term .
The only candidate in this election, the 1976 Olympic fencing champion won by a vote of 93 to 1 at this year's virtual conference.
The Session was originally scheduled to be held in Athens but was forced online by the pandemic.
The second day of the Session focused on the next three Olympic Games in Tokyo, Beijing and Paris.
President Bach began his eight year term in 2013, at the 125th IOC Session in Buenos Aires.
