Menace de gros temps pour Ary Graça. Président de la Fédération internationale de volley-ball (FIVB), le Brésilien est soupçonné d’appartenir à un réseau de détournements de fonds et de blanchiment d’argent. Une perquisition a été menée, jeudi 20 mai, à son domicile au Brésil.
L’information est digne de foi, puisqu’elle émane du parquet de Rio de Janeiro. La justice brésilienne révèle également que la police a étendu sa perquisition au siège de la Confédération brésilienne de volleyball (CBV), dont Ary Graça a été le président entre 1997 et 2012, avant de viser plus haut et postuler à la présidence de la FIVB.
Ary Graça n’est pas le seul dirigeant visé par l’enquête de la justice brésilienne. Neuf autres ex-officiels de la CBV sont ciblés, ainsi que des personnalités politiques et des chefs d’entreprise.
