
(ATR) Around the Ringsheard from the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) for the Qatar 2022 World Cup about Qatar's preparations for the premier tournament in world football while in Doha covering the AIBA boxing world championships.
Assistant secretary general of tournament affairs for SC Nasser al Khater briefed media members on construction progress at various venue sites around Qatar as well as the Doha rail line set for completion in 2019.
SC provided media with renderings of the five stadiums already under construction for the World Cup.
Khater says he expects all venues to be finished by 2020.
