The two-day seminar explored a multitude of topics covering triathlon training techniques and advances in the sport's technology.

More than 250 people attended the conference from 45 countries. Attendees listened to presentations with the overarching theme of"Peaking for Rio, preparing for Tokyo and beyond".
Case studies were also presented at the conference covering topics such as techniques of successful athletes, research on best training practices, optimal nutrition and training in extreme conditions.
